High demand for the features of a new neighborhood is fast tracking the multi-phase development plan in one Iowa community.
The developer initially called on IIW’s team to design the Arrowhead subdivision that could be developed in multiple phases. As IIW began work on the fifth phase of the Arrowhead residential development, 100 lots had already been sold.
As IIW continues design work on the remaining phases, the team has incorporated feedback on high demand features such as a walkout basements to further meet the desires of potential homeowners. The current phase will expand the subdivision by 19 lots with 5 of the proposed lots being walkouts.
IIW also assists the developer with water and sewer permits along with storm water calculations to meet city water quality criteria.
