Continuity of Service & Coronavirus (COVID-19)

A message to our clients:

As the world changes rapidly, a couple things have not—our commitment to the safety and health of our employee owners, and our promise to provide solutions for you, our clients.

For the health and safety of our employee owners and clients, we want you to be aware of the steps we are taking as the global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) develops.

To continue delivering solutions to our clients, we are actively planning and taking action as the situation unfolds. We are focusing on keeping our work environment safe for our employee owners, while also ensuring our remote work access is adequate to continue to meet our clients’ needs. Some of the measures we are taking include:

  • Ramping up remote work access to ensure connectivity to allow project delivery should normal business operations be impacted.
  • Daily monitoring of recommendations from local, state, federal, and global entities to guide our decision making.
  • Distributing information to our staff to slow the spread of the disease, including information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Johns Hopkins Medicine, and local public health departments.

We are determined and confident we will continue to meet our clients’ needs, while also ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees. We will be monitoring the situation and will keep you informed if changes arise.
