Dubuque, IA—Deb Juno, Business Manager at IIW, recently retired after nearly 34 years of dedicated service.

Deb began her career with IIW during its infancy and has helped grow the company to what it is today. Over the years, she has served in many roles and has been an invaluable employee. “IIW has been such a stable force in my life for almost 34 years. The leadership and friendship I found here is beyond compare. I will miss everyone from the bottom of my heart,” said Juno.

“Deb Juno was much more than IIW’s first Office Manager and Business Manager. She had a selfless ‘do what it takes’ approach. She truly led by example and brought a pragmatic, common sense perspective to her responsibilities, and had such a positive influence on her colleagues at IIW. Deb will be dearly missed. True to her form, she has retired from IIW leaving us in very good hands,” said Michael Jansen, PE, SE, Chief Executive Officer and President at IIW.

Dennis Waugh, PE, SE, Company Founder, added, “Deb Juno began her career with IIW almost 34 years ago with a young family and a commitment to help IIW succeed. Like the rest of us in those early years, we all learned by experience, establishing policies and procedures that supported our personal and company families. Deb’s advice and guidance helped shape policies and guidelines, and, most importantly, she made sure we all got paid! Taking the role of Business Manager, she welcomed new employees, resolved conflicts, advised and supported company management, and managed invoicing and payroll efficiently and without complaint. IIW’s existence is in no small way due to Deb’s understanding and dedication.”

IIW thanks Deb for her dedication and years of service and wishes her well on her retirement.
