IIW’s topography team works on both residential and industrial projects to show the exact changes that have occurred to a specific piece of property over time. From trees and buildings to manholes and utility poles, these surveying specialists use proven techniques and technologies to uncover the contours of the land features above and below the surface. They then can use this detailed data to create a three-dimensional map of the property.
These topographic surveys often are used as a starting point of the design residential or commercial properties, roadways and other construction projects.
