The vision to create luxury townhomes in the heart of one of the Quad Cities led the developer of Everest Summit to IIW to make it a reality.
IIW initially assisted the developer with rezoning this property to allow for high-density residential development in Bettendorf, Iowa. IIW’s engineering team then developed a plan to create an optimal 42-lot townhome subdivision. Working along side the client, IIW worked to maximize the number of salable lots in newly esteemed Everest Summit neighborhood while minimizing infrastructure costs.
IIW provided a preliminary plat, final plat, flood study, storm water detention design, subdivision improvement plans, and highway improvement plans for the construction of the subdivision.
