Benefits

Health Insurance

IIW participates in the cost of the health care benefit currently consisting of a medical, dental, and vision plan. Annually this benefit is reviewed for the best possible coverage and premium. The portion that the employee pays for this benefit is a payroll deduction from gross pay before taxes. New employees are eligible to participate in IIW's health care benefit the first day of the month following their start date.

Flexible Spending Account

The "FlexSystem" offers you a choice to pay for certain qualified benefits on a pre-tax basis. IIW contributes to a 'medical expense account' on your behalf to cover eligible medical or medical-related expenses not covered by insurance. In addition, you would also be able to contribute your pre-tax dollars to a 'dependent/day care' account, 'non-employer sponsored premium' account, and/or a 'transportation expenses' account. Each year the IIW portion of this 'medical expense account' is reviewed.

Disability Insurance

IIW has a group short term and long term disability policy.  All full time employees are covered effective on the first day of the month occurring on or after the completion of thirty days of service.  Benefits would begin fifteen (15) days after a disability and payment would be approximately 60% of your gross wages.
