Dubuque, IA–After 11 years at IIW, P.C., Mark C. Jobgen, P.E. has retired.
Mark is a Professional Engineer with over 40 years of experience in civil and municipal engineering. His experience includes: public involvement working with property owners and federal aid funding; permitting; and utility coordination. He spent 30 years working in the public sector making him aware of the importance of public input, including direct communication with residents and the local community, and the successful completion of a project. Mark also played an important role in mentoring and developing other engineers in his department, making his departure a seamless transition for the clients he serviced.
